ProjectMetrica provides calculators, guides and estimates for general informational and planning purposes. Results are not a professional quote, construction specification, engineering design, legal advice or guarantee of the amount of material a project will require.
Verify before purchasing
Measurements, material density, compaction, waste, packaging, supplier coverage, labor rates, taxes, delivery fees and site conditions vary. Verify important quantities with the relevant supplier, manufacturer or qualified professional before ordering or starting work.
Codes, permits and safety
You are responsible for determining which laws, codes, permits, utility-location requirements and professional services apply to your project. A calculator result does not establish structural suitability or code compliance.
Optional quote requests
Some pages offer an optional quote-request service. ProjectMetrica uses the WiserLeads platform used by Triares/homeyou to check availability and, when ProjectMetrica accepts an available opportunity, to deliver the information required for validation and matching with participating providers. ProjectMetrica may receive compensation for qualifying accepted traffic.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a quote request. Read the contact-consent statement next to the submit button before agreeing. Consent to contact is not a condition of purchasing a product or service. TrustedForm is used to create a certificate of the form/consent session.
ProjectMetrica does not guarantee that a provider will be available, contact you, offer a particular price, hold a particular license or insurance policy, or perform work to any particular standard. ProjectMetrica is not the contractor and does not become a party to a contract between you and a service provider. Review credentials, estimates, insurance, licensing and contract terms independently before hiring.
Third-party links and services
The site may use or link to WiserLeads, Triares/homeyou, TrustedForm/ActiveProspect, retailers, advertisers, contractors and other third parties. ProjectMetrica does not control third-party websites, prices, availability, workmanship, privacy practices or contractual terms.
Commercial relationships
ProjectMetrica may receive affiliate commissions, referral compensation or lead-generation compensation from qualifying activity. Commercial relationships do not change the mathematical formulas used by the calculators. See the Affiliate Disclosure for more information.
No warranty
The website is provided on an as-available basis. While we aim to make calculations and integrations clear and useful, errors can occur and project conditions can differ from assumptions used by a tool. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ProjectMetrica makes no warranty that the website, matching availability or estimates are complete, error-free or suitable for a particular project.

Calculators, defaults, guides, partner integrations and these terms may be updated as the site develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page and the date above identifies the current version.
