Who is responsible for ProjectMetrica data

The ProjectMetrica website is currently operated by Denislav Georgiev Borisov, who is the data controller for personal data processed directly by ProjectMetrica. Privacy enquiries and data-protection requests can be sent to denislavborisov92@gmail.com. If ProjectMetrica begins operating through a registered company, this policy will be updated with the company identity before live lead processing is enabled.

Triares/homeyou, WiserLeads, TrustedForm/ActiveProspect, Google, hosting providers and participating home-service providers may act as separate controllers or processors for information they receive through their services.

Information ProjectMetrica may process

Calculator inputs: ordinary calculator measurements, quantities and price values run in your browser and are not submitted to ProjectMetrica by the calculator itself.

Quote-request information: when you choose to request quotes, ProjectMetrica receives the contact and project information you submit, including name, address, ZIP code, phone, email, project description, timing, property authorization, source page, IP address, browser/device information, consent wording and a TrustedForm certificate URL.

Technical and security data: hosting and security infrastructure may process IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps, referrer information and diagnostic or security logs.

Measurement data: if you permit optional analytics or advertising measurement, Google services may receive device, browser, page and event information used to understand site usage, evaluate advertising and measure conversions.

Email: if you contact ProjectMetrica by email, we receive the information contained in your message and use it to respond and maintain reasonable business records.

Quote requests, WiserLeads and Triares/homeyou

ProjectMetrica uses WiserLeads, the lead-management platform used by Triares/homeyou, to check whether a buyer opportunity is available for a home-improvement request. ProjectMetrica first sends the limited information required for a WiserLeads ping. If an available opportunity is accepted, the full lead information required by the integration is sent to WiserLeads/Triares/homeyou for validation, routing and possible matching with a participating provider.

A successful match is not guaranteed. ProjectMetrica may receive compensation for qualifying accepted traffic. Quote requests are optional and consent to contact is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

TrustedForm consent certification

Quote forms use TrustedForm Certify by ActiveProspect to generate a certificate for the form session. The certificate is used as a compliance record showing the source and consent experience associated with a submitted lead. TrustedForm may process page/session information needed to create that certificate. The certificate URL is sent with an accepted lead as required by the buyer integration.

Contact consent

Before a quote request can be submitted, the form displays the contact-consent wording required by the WiserLeads integration and requires an affirmative checkbox. The exact wording displayed at submission is retained with the audit record. Where the WiserLeads response supplies a Homeyou confirmation URL, ProjectMetrica displays the Homeyou confirmation widget at the end of the request flow.

Purposes and legal bases for EEA, EU and UK visitors

Where European data-protection law applies, ProjectMetrica relies on the following legal bases as appropriate:

  • Providing the quote-request service: processing necessary to take steps at your request and to operate the service you deliberately request.
  • Consent/contact records: consent where consent is the appropriate basis, together with legitimate interests and legal obligations relating to compliance evidence, complaint handling and defence of legal claims.
  • Site delivery, fraud prevention and security: legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable website and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.
  • Google Analytics and advertising/conversion measurement: consent where required. You can refuse or withdraw this choice through Privacy Choices.
  • Responding to email enquiries: legitimate interests in responding to communications, or steps taken at your request before entering a potential business relationship.

Cookies, local storage and Privacy Choices

Necessary technologies may be used for core site functions, security and remembering your privacy choice. Optional analytics and advertising storage is controlled through the ProjectMetrica privacy banner. You can reopen your choices at any time using the link in the footer.

TrustedForm is loaded on the quote form as part of the optional quote-request functionality and is separate from the Analytics and Advertising choices in the general privacy banner.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

ProjectMetrica may use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand site usage, evaluate advertising and measure conversions. Google Consent Mode v2 is used to communicate your analytics and advertising choices to Google.

Google may process technical and event information under Google's own terms and privacy practices. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy.

Recipients and service providers

Depending on the feature used, information may be processed by ProjectMetrica hosting/security providers, TrustedForm/ActiveProspect, WiserLeads/Triares/homeyou, participating home-service providers and Google. Full quote-request information is sent to WiserLeads only after the applicable ping opportunity is accepted by ProjectMetrica's integration logic.

How long information is kept

ProjectMetrica keeps personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, legal obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. For accepted lead traffic and its compliance/audit records, ProjectMetrica may retain required records for up to five years to meet partner record-keeping obligations. The integration stores audit payloads encrypted at rest when server cryptography is available. Browser privacy choices remain until changed or cleared. Other providers apply their own retention schedules.

International processing

Quote-request and measurement providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where ProjectMetrica is responsible for a restricted international transfer, appropriate safeguards required by applicable law will be used. Other providers' transfers are governed by their respective terms and applicable transfer mechanisms.

Your European privacy rights

Where GDPR or similar European law applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in the country where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred. Contact ProjectMetrica at denislavborisov92@gmail.com for requests concerning information controlled by ProjectMetrica. Requests relating to information already transferred to a buyer or service provider may also need to be directed to that recipient.

California and U.S. state privacy disclosures

Privacy rights vary by U.S. state and some state privacy laws apply only when statutory business thresholds are met. Where an applicable law gives you rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain processing of personal information controlled by ProjectMetrica, you may submit a request using the contact email above.

California Do Not Track disclosure: ProjectMetrica does not currently change site behavior in response to the legacy browser "Do Not Track" signal. The site provides Privacy Choices for optional Analytics and Advertising measurement.

Automated matching

The WiserLeads ping/post process can automatically determine whether a buyer opportunity is available and what payout is offered. ProjectMetrica may automatically decline an opportunity that is below its configured minimum payout. This routing decision determines whether the lead is sent through this commercial channel; it is not a credit, employment, insurance or other eligibility decision about the visitor.

Children

ProjectMetrica is intended for adults planning home and property projects. Do not submit a quote request if you are under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site, legal entity, measurement setup, legal requirements or partner services change. Material changes will be reflected on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
